Question by geri: What do your children watch and do you worry about subliminal messages?

I was watching these videos on youtube, which shows subliminal messages used by the media and how artists can draw a sex image and make it into a cartoon character.. it's seriously messed up.
I think my kids are going to have to watch history channel.

Please please watch this video, and later comment on what you thought of it with an answer to my question.. (The bit about the artist is at 7.28 if you can't be bothered to watch the whole thing).

What do you mean subliminal messages? A subliminal message is something that can by-pass the conscious mind and enter the subconscious without problem. Like a masked or backward message. I don't think something beyond recognition will have any effect on either the conscious or subconscious mind, do you?

BEN: Yes, Tiger Woods and Steven Spielberg both used them. I am currently using them for other reasons. NASA, the US Military and the Olympics also use them.

I have seen great increases in my concentration.

Erica M: The idea is that you simply are teaching someone something but they don't know how. If they do or do not know if they are learning it is irrelevant.
