Question by Amanda M: At what age do you teach your kids about sex?

My son is 10 years old. Should I teach him about sex? His school will not be teaching sex ed for still another year? Should I wait untl the summer before?

Teach a child when they are old enough to ask. Answer JUST the question being asked, nothing more and do nto elaborate. If they are old enough for more in depth information they will be old enough to articulate the question.
